Section 1

General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the access to and use of the 786bc platform, including all games, sports betting markets, financial transactions, promotional offers, and any other services made available through the 786bc website ("the Platform"). By creating an account, logging in to an existing account, or otherwise accessing the Platform, you ("the Player") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

786bc reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 786bc will endeavour to notify registered players by email to the address on file. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact 786bc support at [email protected] to arrange account closure.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning. Where any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

These Terms apply to all players accessing 786bc from Bangladesh, including residents of Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and all other districts and divisions. The Platform operates in the English language. All communications from 786bc, including support responses, promotional notifications, and account alerts, will be delivered in English.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to the 786bc Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while holding an active account:

• You are aged 18 years or older. 786bc operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions.
• You are accessing the Platform for your own personal, recreational use and not on behalf of any other individual or entity.
• You are not acting as an agent, employee, affiliate, or representative of any gambling operator, competitor platform, or regulatory authority.
• You do not have any existing 786bc account that has been suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary or otherwise, that prohibits you from accessing online gambling services.
• You understand that gambling involves real financial risk and that losses are possible on every session.

786bc takes its age verification obligations seriously. During the KYC process, players will be required to provide a copy of a valid Bangladesh National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence to confirm that they are aged 18 or above. Until KYC is completed, withdrawal requests will not be processed. 786bc reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage — including during an active session — if there is reasonable cause to doubt a player's age or identity.

Any account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 18 will be closed without notice. All deposits made to such an account will be returned to the originating payment method, and any winnings — including bonus-derived winnings — will be forfeited in full. Parents and guardians are urged to use device-level parental controls to prevent underage access to online gambling sites.

Section 3

Account Registration

To access the full range of 786bc services — including betting markets, casino games, and financial transactions — you must complete the registration process and create an account. The following rules apply to all account registrations:

1. One Account Per Person: Each individual may register and hold only one account on the 786bc Platform. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using the same personal details, different identities, or via different devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all duplicate accounts will be closed, and any winnings generated across those accounts may be voided.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your legal name as it appears on your official identification, a valid email address, your date of birth, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these Terms.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. 786bc will never ask for your password by email, phone, or chat. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately at [email protected].
4. Account Non-Transferability: Your 786bc account is personal to you. You may not sell, transfer, or allow any other individual to access or operate your account. Any funds in your account are credited for your use only and cannot be transferred to another player's account.
5. KYC Completion: Full identity verification (KYC) is required before processing any withdrawal request. 786bc reserves the right to request KYC documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in account suspension.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

786bc supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market. All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• All deposits are credited to your 786bc wallet balance instantly or within the processing time stated above. 786bc is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, or any bank.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit into the same account. 786bc does not transfer funds to third-party accounts.
• KYC verification must be completed in full before 786bc will process any withdrawal request. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but cannot withdraw.
• 786bc reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal request, particularly for high-value transactions, as part of its anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations.
• Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider. 786bc does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals, though this may be subject to change with advance notice.
• Deposits made using bonus codes or during a promotional period are subject to the bonus terms applicable at the time of deposit. See Section 5 below.
• 786bc does not accept deposits from third parties. The payment account used to deposit must belong to the registered player. Any deposit traced to a third-party account will be reversed and the associated account reviewed.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

786bc offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between an offer-specific term and this section, the offer-specific term shall prevail.

1. Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual offer terms. Wagering is calculated on total bets placed using bonus funds, not on net wins or losses.
2. Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
3. Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games, sports bets, and other game types may contribute at a lower rate or may be excluded from wagering entirely. Specific contribution rates are stated in the applicable offer terms.
4. Bonus Abuse: 786bc reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk, or any other conduct intended to exploit promotional terms.
5. Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Unless stated otherwise, the maximum amount that can be withdrawn as winnings derived solely from a bonus (without a corresponding real-money deposit) is ৳10,000 per bonus offer.
6. Right to Withdraw Offers: 786bc reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already accepted an offer and begun wagering will not be disadvantaged by any such withdrawal.

Section 6

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the 786bc Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, closure, and potential forfeiture of all balances:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another individual, using stolen payment credentials, or engaging in any form of identity fraud.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform, whether simultaneously or sequentially.
• Collusion: Working in concert with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker or coordinating bets across accounts.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, automated betting systems, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software designed to play games or place bets without direct, real-time human input.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting any technical error, software malfunction, pricing error, or system vulnerability on the Platform. Any winnings obtained through a recognised error are void and will be reversed.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to transfer, conceal, or launder funds derived from any illegal activity. 786bc cooperates fully with all applicable anti-money-laundering regulations.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback through your bank or payment provider without first contacting 786bc support to resolve the dispute. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent account closure and may be referred to relevant authorities.
• Abusive Conduct: Using threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or offensive language directed at 786bc staff, other players, or any person associated with the Platform, through any communication channel.

786bc employs automated fraud detection systems that monitor account activity continuously. Where suspicious activity is detected, 786bc reserves the right to freeze the account and request documentation without prior notice. During an investigation, access to funds may be temporarily restricted. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, full account access will be restored promptly.

Section 7

Account Suspension & Closure

786bc reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe following a withdrawal request.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity linked to the account.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Court order or instruction from a competent authority.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 786bc reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including real-money funds, bonus funds, and pending withdrawal amounts, to the extent permitted by applicable law and at 786bc's reasonable discretion depending on the nature of the breach.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting [email protected]. On receipt of a closure request, 786bc will process any remaining eligible real-money balance to the player's verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing time, provided KYC is complete and no investigation is pending. Voluntary closure requests that are motivated by responsible gaming concerns will be treated as self-exclusion requests and processed under the self-exclusion protocol described in the Responsible Gaming section of this site.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 786bc and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform, including losses on bets, casino games, and crash games.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, whether planned or unplanned, including maintenance windows and server outages.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any bank.
• Any loss resulting from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Any technical errors, software bugs, or data transmission failures beyond 786bc's reasonable control.
• Any content on third-party websites linked to or from 786bc (note: 786bc does not endorse or control third-party content).

786bc makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors or viruses, or that it will meet any specific performance standard. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit 786bc's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
